Police Department Bagpiper recognized
Dr. Raphael Pazo, a bagpiper with the Lodi Police
Department Honor Guard, was recognized by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for his performance at the California State Peace Memorial
in May in Sacramento.
He was one of several representatives of Lodi's law enforcement officers.
Dr. Pazo played selections
on the Scottish Highland Bagpipes and was one of the featured performers at the memorial. He received a photograph of himself
and the governor signed by Schwarzenegger.
Dr. Pazo performs at numerous venues in and around California.
He, his wife and four children live in Lodi.
